Kindness is learned with hands: caring for a doll, washing a table, pouring tea for a friend. These are the 20 activities in our Hearts and Helpers theme, for ages 2.5 to 5. A gentle fit for February and Valentine's Day, and good any time.

What's in the theme

Every activity has three levels, Begin, Build and Stretch. Feelings words come in English and Spanish, and there's a calm-down routine your child can use on their own.
